Our job for each order is not done when goods leave our plant.KEITWOOPS’ work for a certain order is never over when goods are shipped. We do care about customers’ sales performances (and in many cases also about the sales from our customers' customers) and we do keep ourselves at their constant disposal for any issue that still needs to be assessed. As customer’s success is obviously our success too, it often happens to be possible to provide quick deliveries of reorders within the same season as previous orders.
But about these previous orders we may just feel our job done when customer comes back again with a new order, with that reorder or with a new model development.
And of course with that large smile.
